Who to contact for support if Classic Phone Tools or Fax Tools came with your computer or modem.

All versions of Classic Phone Tools or Fax Tools that come with a computer or modem is supported by the hardware manufacturer.  For example, if the software came with a US Robotics modem, you will need to contact US Robotics' Technical Support.  You should be able to locate the manufacturer's contact information in the hardware's manual.
